Riesling (also called Rheinriesling) is a white wine grape that makes outstanding, culture-defining wines. Especially in cooler regions such as Germany, Austria and French Alsace, it's often grown in steep top vineyards, producing aromatic notes of roses, apricots or peaches with a few exotic touches.
