Description

With 97 points and a White Wine Trophy winner with JG 2019 at the International Wine Challenge in London! The current vintage was awarded an impressive 96 points by James Suckling! And completely justified, in our opinion.

The Zöbinger Gaisberg vineyard in Kamptal and its neighbour Heiligenstein are among the best and most renowned "Lagen" and are therefore also classified as "Erste Lage". The Riesling Terrassen vineyards, where this wine comes from, are among the oldest.

And when a great wine is produced from such a fantastic vintage year as the 2022, you'll be able to enjoy this fine wine many years from now too. But the Gaisberg displays signs of its greatness already now.

A juicy apricot aroma rises up with an explosion of fruit at the start. Deep and mature, yet extremely clear, with a stately body and mineral touch, extremely fruity and invigorating with zesty acidity. Everything is just right in this wine - ensuring lots of drinking pleasure and great ageing potential.

Pairs well with fish, scampi and poultry.
