Returns & Complaints

I would like to return a product.

Products can be returned if they are unopened and are in their original condition. Please pack the products carefully so that they are not damaged during transit.

If you have received damaged products, please contact us immediately after you open your parcel.

How Do Returns Work in Austria?

You can return items within 30 days.

Returns as a registered customer
To return items, go to your order details. Select the "Return item" function here and choose the items you'd like to return.

Returns as a guest customer
If you made your purchase as a guest, please go to the order confirmation that you received by email. Then click on the "View order details" button. There you will find the option "Return item".

You will then receive the shipping label conveniently by email. It contains all the important information on how to return your parcel. This method of returns is free of charge for you.

If you are returning products to us, please note the following:

  • Make sure you get a receipt as proof of shipment and save it until you have received the refund or replacement
  • You must pack the goods with reasonable care so that they are not damaged in transit.
  • When returning electronic devices, they should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  • For goods that have to be returned to us by a forwarding agent, the costs of the return shipment will not be covered
  • We will process your return as quickly as possible. Note: Returns are inspected and processed in Austria.

How will I receive my refund?

Your amount will be returned via the payment method you placed your order with. If you prefer, we can create a shop voucher for the value of your return payment instead.

You will receive a confirmation email with a credit memo when your return has been processed. Please note that you must return the item(s) within 30 days.

I would like to issue a complaint

We are sorry if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product. Please feel free to write to us using the contact form. Please select Returns & Complaints as the reason for contact and we will resolve the matter via the warranty or guarantee. You can find more information about this in our Terms and Conditions under “Warranty & Guarantee”.
