The "Steiner Paffenberg" vineyard is a renowned terraced vineyard that borders the Wachau region, though it technically belongs to the Kremstal wine-growing area. As a result, it cannot use the Vinea Wachau Smaragd designation.

However, this in no way diminishes the quality of this exceptional, top-tier Riesling. It enhances its charm. This elegant dry white wine is bursting with ripe apricot and peach flavours, beautifully balanced by harmonious acidity. Its refined minerality underscores its sophistication, while the long, dry finish evokes notes of delicate blossom honey and exotic fruits.
