Elisabetta Abrami Franciacorta DOCG Saten Organic, 0,75 L

Saten is a very special variety of Franciacorta. The base wines are selected very carefully and only Chardonnay and a maximum of 50% Pinot Blanc are allowed to go into the cuvée. It also gets its special softness from the lower cylinder pressure of a maximum of 5 bar and thus significantly less than with the traditional method. In addition, Saten is only produced as Brut, and the slightly higher sugar content ensures a softer feel on the palate.

This organic Franciacorta by Elisabetta Abrami is what we love. On the nose, there are great notes of ripe fruit and delicate hints of baked goods, with some roasted nuts. Tremendous drinkability, wonderfully creamy and with a certain citrus freshness. Always very gentle on the palate, very fine, even silky perlage. A sparkling wine of the highest quality that you really have to describe as "tasty".

It goes perfectly with fish and seafood, or poultry and various vegetable dishes.
