Tegernseerhof - Familie Mittelbach

The history of the Tegernseerhof in the Wachau goes back over 1000 years. Today, with a good 27 hectares, it is one of the best wineries in the Wachau. Grüner Veltliner and Riesling are mainly grown as Federspiel and Smaragd from the best vineyards around Dürnstein. They are characterised by the steep terraces made of massive primary rock. Bell-clear wines with unbelievably dense flavours. As such, they achieve very high ratings.
