This Riesling exudes a delicate fragrance with hints of lemon balm, lime, and peach—subtle, almost filigree, and crystal clear. On the palate, it reveals a generous and denser profile than the nose suggests. White peach and apricots abound, displaying remarkable finesse and elegance. It is dry yet rich in extract sweetness, with a racy, persistent character. This is a great "Heiligensteiner" with eternal ageing potential.
