Description
Our great passion for the area began with this Champagne, and you will be enchanted from the first sip.
Brut Tradition Blanc is a great Premier Cru made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. About 20% reserve wines help to keep the quality constant from year to year. It is a balanced, characterful and multi-layered Champagne with great perlage, delicate hints of brioche and a clearly noticeable proportion of orange peel and lime with fantastic minerality.
A long, fresh finish rounds off the impression and puts this Premier Cru on a par with the well-known names. We think it's better than many famous brands.
Sold in a lmited quantity, as there is unfortunately very little of this wonderful sparkling wine.
