Like the 2017 vintage, 2018 is really excellent. However, there is one big difference from the previous year: The 2018 vintage was vinified in concrete tanks in the new winery, which makes the wine a touch more palatable and fresher than in 2017.

You don't have the feeling of drinking a simple Chianti Classico here, but a full-blown, very powerful wine.

It will please enthusiastic beginners as well as experts and is incredibly fun to drink! What more could you want? 100% Sangiovese, super ripe, really fruity and with an enormous depth that is not often found in this price range.

So far it has received around 92 points in every year from top critics such as James Suckling, Robert Parker and Antionio Galloni. Anyone who wants to explore the soul of the Chianti Classico region is making a good start with this wine. Bottoms up!
