Introducing "Raue Liebe," a unique red wine limited to just 860 bottles. This enchanting, timeless, and powerful cuvée is crafted from the noblest and oldest grape varieties, sourced from the best vineyards in Central Burgenland.

The "Raue Liebe" matures for a full 3.5 years in small French oak barrels before being buried in the vineyard and aged for an additional year in barrique barrels.

At a depth of around two meters, this fine wine receives its final touches from Mother Nature herself. Here, it is shielded from winter frost and protected from any germs. The unique microclimate and constant exchange between the wine and the earth impart a well-earned structure and elegance. The soil envelops the wine barrels like a warming cloak, ensuring a stable climate, deep darkness, and silence essential for ageing. "Here, the wine absorbs the peace and strength it will radiate when savoured. This special form of ageing is one of the oldest and finest methods in the world," explains Stefan Lang.

Each bottle is meticulously hand-packed in a fine wooden box filled with soil, individually numbered, and designed to last for generations. Available only in the best years, "Raue Liebe" is a testament to the timeless connection between nature and winemaking.
