A "classic" Pinot Noir that is truly impressive for the price. Golden reflections in the glass. Fine bubbles that gently rise to the top provide a first impression. Delicate hints of red berries on the nose, but generally on the side of fresh, yellow fruit. Exciting on the palate, good acidity, fine perlage, stimulating, juicy. An excellent sparkling wine, ideal with fish and seafood, but also with poultry and soft cheese.
