The Hoch Kranachberg vineyard in Gamlitz, southern Styria, Austria is renowned as one of the finest in the region.
Our decision to feature this wine wasn’t driven by its high ratings or the charm of its winemaker but by its captivating radiance and clarity during tasting. On the palate, it reveals a delicate herbal-spicy undertone, ripe pineapple, candied orange zest, and a medley of exotic flavours with a touch of blossom honey. Dry and incredibly juicy, it balances elegance with vibrant notes of yellow peach. A subtle sweetness and delicate acidity round off the finish, creating perfect harmony.
This is an exceptionally balanced wine, already a pleasure to drink now, yet capable of ageing gracefully for several more years.
