Description

The "Souvignier Gris" is a fungus-resistant (PIWI) white grape varietal and thrives particularly well in the Vulkanland region of Styria. This sparkling wine from the "reserve" category was awarded the best sparkling wine 2023 in Austria!

Traditionally matured with 24 months on the lees in the bottle and with only 3.8 g of residual sugar, it is quite dry and very elegant. Very delicate mousseaux (perlage) in the glass. The aroma and flavour of peach, ripe apples, light nougat and quince. Firm, fine and very long on the palate.

A fantastic aperitif, perfect for celebrations and special occasions.
