Description

A typical, rather light Sauvignon Blanc from southern Styria with a wonderful depth of fruit - a perfect reflection of the region.

In the glass, it is very elegant, very clear, juicy and a pleasure to drink. Notes of gooseberries and elderflowers with a delicate spiciness. Fine supporting acidity. Rather quiet and delicate, dry, delightfully mature with a medium finish. You'll gladly reach for a second glass.

Pairs well with vegetarian dishes and spicy Asian dishes. A great companion, especially on warm days.
