Description

In Austria, Dürrau represents upper-class Blaufränkisch, displaying the best this grape variety can produce.

This Blaufränkisch is one of the top wines from the Dürrau region. A hearty wine with a great aroma of sour cherries and blackberries, accompanied by a mineral touch, almost a little iodized. Quite typical for the Dürrau location. Very tight on the palate and just gorgeous, the water literally converges during the first sip and screams for the second sip. Wonderfully concentrated with hints of herbs and spices, an incredible amount of pressure on the palate and a very long, fiery finish.

It's easy to rave about this wine, especially because we know what an incredible potential lies within. With a lot of air, it is already a pleasure to drink, but we're really looking forward to what will appear in the glass in a few years!
