Super salty and with chalky minerality, this is an extremely finely balanced Champagne with fantastic acidity. The 6g dosage for Brut is on the dry side, but perfectly supports the acidity and ensures great harmony on the palate. Exciting, typical citrus notes paired with the creamy texture of chalk soils make this a real experience.

This is Grand Cru on a really super high level, which should definitely be drunk from large glasses so that the aromas can really develop. Drink a little warmer, around 10-12 degrees and above all with a little patience. Even champagne, especially in this category, can breathe a little.
