Description
A Blauer Burgunder (Pinot Noir) single-vineyard wine from Leithaberg that bursts with strength, elegance and joy. Interpreted in a modern way with slightly noticeable wood notes, this Pinot, whilst still young, ably demonstrates that the variety is a great match with the Leithaberg. Fine minerality, tobacco notes and light fruits characterise the first sip. Velvety, soft tannins with black cherries accompany the wine in a warm finish. An impactful fun wine at a price that is almost too cheap for so much (red) wine
Pairs wonderfully with mushroom dishes or with braised wild boar. But we also like to drink it on its own and enjoy life.
