"Wine tradition on the Leithaberg" - that is the motto of the Bayer family from Donnerskirchen, whose fascinating history goes back to 1741. As a sustainably certified winery, it is important for the family to treat the environment and resources responsibly. Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, Weissburgunder and Muskateller grapes are cultivated for their white wine. Around 40% of their wines are red, grown from Zweigelt, Blaufrkänkisch, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
