A wine that is regularly awarded 3 Bicchieri in Gambero Rosso and exudes a touch of luxury even in the bottle.
As part of the Collezione Privada, this is a tribute to traditional winemaking methods and the rich flavours of the Negroamaro grape.

After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for several months in French and American wooden barrels.

In the glass, the wine sparkles with a deep ruby red colour, very dense and opaque. Aromas of ripe, dark fruit, spices and a hint of tobacco in the glass; elegant and balsamic. Very typical of Negroamaro, the temptation to take the first sip is impossible to resist. On the palate, the wine fulfils all your expectations: a full-bodied, rich wine with lots of balsamic notes, dark red fruits, a hint of cinnamon and some liquorice. Very ripe but noticeable tannins and fresh, present acidity. Lingers on the palate for a very long time, and demands the next sip. A truly high-quality Negroamaro that impresses you with its elegance.

Pairs well with red meat, grilled food and mature cheese.
