Description
This classic from Uhudler vines is a speciality from southern Burgenland. It has a wonderfully fine scent of wild strawberries. Dry and light on the palate (only 9,5% ABV), this frizzante displays a pleasantly stimulating interplay of fruit and acid. Due to the second fermentation in the bottle, we get an extremely elegant frizzante which is enormous fun to drink. Dry yet fruity.
Best enjoyed as an aperitif or with strawberry desserts.
