Ultimate Provence is a new project by winegrowers in Provence and has caused a sensation for the past few years. A wine typical of this region, the grapes are cultivated especially to make rosé wine and made using the direct pressed method. In other words, this rosé is not made from the juice of macerated grapes drained during the production of red wine. It is truly a wine created ad hoc.

Light pink colour with copper reflections in the glass. Fragrant on the nose, a combination of ripe lemon, raspberry and strawberry. Subtly spicy, floral and fruity on the palate with good acidity thanks to its Syrah content. A fine balance between fruit and freshness. Not too light, medium-bodied and with a round, harmonious finish.
