Herbsting is a light, playful white wine and represents the new 2024 vintage
Quite frankly, we're not big fans of young wines. We think white wines should also be given time to mature and many white wines are also made to be drunk later.
However, we make an exception for this. By Leo Sommer from Donnerskirchen, the blend of 70% Grüner Veltliner and 30% Rivaner harmonises with impressive lightness. Young, playful drinking pleasure, dry and lively. This is a real wine, but should be drunk within a year.
Goes well with a light snack, as an aperitif or on the terrace.
