Following a meticulous hand harvest, only the finest, healthiest grapes were carefully selected for pressing. After destemming, the grapes were placed in qvevris—traditional clay amphorae—where they fermented on the skins for 10 days, developing their distinctive amber hue.

In the glass, it shines with a bright yet slightly cloudy amber color. On the nose and palate, this ultra-dry and refined wine reveals complex layers of dried apricots, ripe apples, stewed fruit, and warming cloves. Well-structured tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, supple finish add to its depth and harmony. Best enjoyed slowly and not too cold to fully appreciate its multi-faceted character.
