Description

This is the perfect example of a classic Sauvignon Blanc from southern Styria.

Harvested from different areas, aged in steel tanks and ready to be enjoyed at right away. A subtle scent of gooseberries, a juicy, elegant texture of peaches and a little pepper on the nose. The crisp acidity is simply fun and reflects the terroir perfectly. A fresh aftertaste, very dry yet with a delicate touch of blossom honey.

A fresh, crisp summer wine. Also pairs well with light appetisers and salads.
