Niepoort Vinhos 10 Years Old Tawny Port N/V, 0,75 L

Portugal and Niepoort are famous for their ports. This is a blend of different wines and vintages with an average age of 10 years. This special mixture results in aromatic complexity with lovely fruit.

The Niepoort Tawny 10 Years gets its beautiful colour from its extended maturation in small, compact wooden barrels. The tan-colored glow of this port suggests a fruity aroma even before it's been poured into the glass.

On the palate and the nose, we find dried apricots and tangerine peel. The sweet and sour fruits harmonise with a slightly nutty character. On the palate, the fiery spirit, which delights with orange and lemon peel. Juicy, sweet (about 100g residual sugar) and very delicious.

Goes wonderfully with desserts, cheese, as a digestif or just solo on cold days.
