This wine is a dream come true for red wine enthusiasts! Unfortunately, it's not produced every year and is strictly limited. We're thrilled to have secured a few bottles.

Crafting Amarone Riserva is a meticulous, time-intensive, and costly process:

First, the grapes are hand-harvested and dried for about 4 months in small plastic boxes in well-ventilated rooms called "fruttai," losing approximately 40-45% of their moisture by the end of January. Vinification begins with a 20-day maceration period at 23-28°C. The wine then matures for an additional 60 months in large, new Slavonian oak barrels. After bottling, it rests for at least 6 months before release.

This exceptional red wine with cult potential exhibits a deep, black ruby colour and intense aromas of dark cherries and plums, layered with cocoa, coffee, and delicate vanilla notes. It starts with a rich, fruity profile, evolves into floral nuances, and finishes with a long, refined, and densely satisfying mouthfeel.
