Rotgipfler, a cross between Traminer and Roter Veltliner, is a rare white wine vine cultivated on around 120 hectares, primarily in the Thermenregion south of Vienna.

This organic example was carefully matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve its optimal fruitiness. It presents a clear, shiny yellow-gold colour. On the palate, it is dry with delightful fruity notes, featuring an invigorating blend of exotic fruits such as melon, peach, and a hint of almonds. Its vitality and liveliness are complemented by a subtle acidity and a creamy texture, culminating in a firm, gripping finish and a delightful drinking experience.

A standout choice in blind tastings or when seeking something "out of the ordinary," this Rotgipfler pairs excellently with various starters, light seafood dishes, or even Asian cuisine.
