Ferré I Catasús Cava Maria Catasús Brut Nature Reserva, 0,75 L

This Cava Reserva is a real pleasure, especially when you look at the price. A grown-up sparkling wine using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle and a maturation period of at least 14 months.

In the glass, we find a beautiful straw yellow with delicate green reflections. There's ripe fruit, hints of peach and some pastry on the nose. Very nice, very fine perlage, some honey and yellow fruits on the palate. Nice acid structure, quite full-bodied and very pleasant on the finish.

A nice Cava, very well made, which makes a great aperitif, but would also go well with fish, seafood or rice dishes. Don't underestimate good cava; these are full-blown, high-quality sparkling wines at a comparatively low price.
