Description

Erwin Sabathi proves once more with this Sauvignon Blanc that he is one of the best winemakers in Austria. The Große STK Riede Pössnitzberg vineyard has a slope of up to 75% and has an impressive fine minerality.
The wine has at this point acquired a character worthy of cult status - after 24 months in large, traditional oak barrels, it is now gradually revealing its true greatness.

Hints of acacia blossom, pure red currants, white peaches and spicy flint aromas. Compact core; finely nuanced aromas of red pepper, salty minerality on the palate, juicy acidity with a gripping, vibrant finish that lingers and lingers. With fantastic ageing potential!
