Description
The Große Riede Pössnitzberg vineyard in southern Syria has a slope of up to 75% and is characterised by its fine minerality. The grapes come from the oldest vineyards and the best plots on Pössnitzberg.
Aromas of peach, orange and a hint of vanilla. Silky and elegant, every sip glides along the palate with maximum intensity. Enormously salty from the bottom. Evokes impressions of sea air and oysters. The finish is calm, harmonious and with never-ending pressure.
Still youthful with great ageing potential. Can easily be stored for up to another 15 years.
A fantastic meditation wine. Also pairs well with truffles, lamb and game.
