Domaine Testut

This winery caught our eye a few years ago when we were looking for a really special Chablis. Cyril Testut is a real expert, here working at the highest level and producing inspiring wines. Even his entry-level wine impressed us with a wonderful mineral note and great texture. On almost 13 hectares of vineyards, which are on average over 50 years old, Cyril Testut conjures up wines with a perfect balance between maturity and minerality. Finding gems like this isn't easy, but every once in a while we make discoveries that we're very proud of.
