Unic Merlot hails from a single vineyard nestled at approximately 400 meters above sea level. The clay-heavy soils retain ample water, contributing to the wine's distinctive character. Following harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing for 12-14 months in American oak barrels.

The result is a medium-dense, purplish wine that makes an immediate impression in the glass. On the nose, classic Merlot aromas of red berries mingle with enticing vanilla notes from the oak. On the palate, it is juicy, creamy, and warmly inviting. The tannins, perfectly ripened, lend structure without heaviness, despite the wine's higher alcohol content.
