Balthasar Ress was founded in 1870 and is now the largest organic winery in Hesse. Now in its 5th generation, the Ress family produces a wide variety of typical, but also somewhat more unusual wines in the Rheingau. They provide many culinary delights - true to Balthasar's motto "Wine is Fine".
