Such rosé wines are rarely found in Italy! The renowned Pasqua winery employs state-of-the-art methods to produce a fresh and visually stunning rosé wine.

Crafted from native Veneto vines like Corvina, Trebbiano di Luggana, Syrah, and Carménère, the grapes are left on their skins for just 11 minutes (hence the name) and matured in steel tanks. The result is a light, salmon-pink rosé.

With 5.5g of residual sugar and subtle acidity, this fruity wine quickly wins you over. It boasts intense aromas of strawberries, roses, and violets, accompanied by a delicate spiciness that carries through to a long, harmonious finish.
