Crafted entirely from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is produced using a unique process. High yields with abundant foliage help to moderate sugar levels in the grapes while preserving their flavour and intensity. An early harvest, combined with rapid, gentle ageing in stainless steel tanks, contributes to its low alcohol content of just 9.0% by volume.

The Low Nat Pinot Noir boasts a beautiful ruby red colour and a bouquet that is quintessential for this grape variety: aromas of red berries, floral notes of violets, and a subtle hint of wood. On the palate, it is dry, juicy, and smooth, with balanced red fruit flavours and very delicate tannins. The finish is light and refreshing, making you immediately crave another sip. This is the kind of wine that tends to disappear from the glass faster than you'd expect.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled at 12-14°C. It's ideal as an aperitif or paired with vegetarian dishes, snack platters, or even pizza.
