Rare Brut Nature lives up to its name with a wine that emerges only in exceptional vintages, exuding an air of mystique and minimalism—reflected even in its production with absolutely no added sugar post-fermentation.

This cuvée, crafted from 80% Rumeni Plavec and 20% Chardonnay, boasts a unique process: Chardonnay undergoes an initial fermentation for 10 days before Rumeni Plavec is added to initiate a secondary fermentation.

Rumeni Plavec, an indigenous grape primarily found in Croatia and Slovenia, lends its intense yellow hue and high acidity—perfect for creating sparkling wines. With just 2000 bottles crafted annually, this sparkling wine is already complex and layered on the nose.

On the palate, it delights with creamy textures, mineral undertones, and vibrant juiciness. Its silky effervescence reveals bright fruit notes, hints of citrus, and nuances of bread and bakery, accented by a delicate nuttiness. Robust yet lively, it culminates in a long, satisfying finish.
