With this slightly sparkling wine, fun is paramount. But be careful: Once you try it, you'll want more.

The Triebaumers quickly process their early-harvested Muscatel grapes and then ferment them in a pressure tank. The result is a highly aromatic and very light sparkling wine that gets its carbonic acid exclusively from fermentation.

It's light straw yellow with subtle green reflections and fine pearl bubbles that linger. There's an intense scent of juicy, ripe pineapple, with mango, blooming elderberry, sea buckthorn and syrup. Fine hints of muscatel. Delicate fruit sweetness, piquant acidity, creamy carbon dioxide, seductive and refreshing at the same time. Constantly reinventing itself with sparkling citrus notes.

Enjoy it between courses with lemon sorbet and crushed ice. It's great as an aperitif as well as with aromatic, Asian dishes, or as a brunch companion, with fruit salads or fruit desserts. We suggest mango pieces in a chocolate coating, basil or lemon sorbet, or baked elder blossoms. Also great for a relaxed evening or as an accompaniment to three already empty Muscato bottles.
