Description
On the nose, there's a hint of exoticism, with toffee, caramel and ripe apple. It's delicately smoky.
A pleasantly soft palate feeling and a touch of residual sugar to give the wine a wonderful smoothness that never stops. With a little air, there is a hint of currants too.
Pairs wonderfully with curry, Asian dishes, wild birds or lamb.
