This wine will win the heart of anyone who has it in their glass. The taste is very impressive and it's great value. Plus, due to the storage in the casks and barrique barrels, there's a hint of wood that provides structure and complexity.

Great Bordeaux red in the glass, rather medium dense and wonderfully shiny. On the nose, we find typical Sangiovese notes of dark fruits, lots of herbs, subtle notes of wood and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it's juicy with a lot of pressure. Aromas of cherries and blueberries, wonderfully integrated wood and very mellow tannins. Balanced, with good acidity and a long finish. It's amazing what you get for the money here. Many wines that are significantly more expensive can learn a lesson.
