Description
The Strehn winery is famous for its rosé wines and now they're making this delicately tingling "Klischée" sparkling wine, which is incredibly balanced and quickly pleases.
The grapes come from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which were harvested a little earlier in order to maintain more freshness in the wine. With a good 10g of residual sugar, it is neither too sweet nor too dry. Pearls dance across the palate. Light fruits like strawberries and raspberries, some sugar melon with a touch of mint.
A sparkling wine that will please almost everyone and boasts an excellent price-benefit ratio. But beware! The bottle will empty here faster than you'd like!
