Ettore Germano Langhe DOC Riesling Hérzu 2020, 0,75 L

Ettore Germano is considered to be one of the top wineries in Piedmont. Of course, it's famous for Nebbiolo, i.e. Barolo, but one of the highlights sought after all over Italy is the Riesling Herzu! Yes, you read that right - Riesling from Piedmont that doesn't need to hide!

At our last tasting, this wine turned out to be the highlight, precisely because it was so typical of the variety and does not taste like a completely exotic oddity.

Exciting, extremely rare white wine that can be placed in a tasting as a ringer, or simply a great Riesling to enjoy.

Typical, clear stone fruit notes, with animating fruit on the nose. It's powerful and complex on the palate, with perfect acidity and balanced sweetness. All of this is unexpected, but all the more beautiful for it! This wine really shows how complex the world of wine is!
