Description
Fresh, juicy, Styrian - what used to be the Styrian Classic is now labelled Südsteiermark DAC, provided the necessary criteria are met.
This dry Pinot Blanc represents the area better than almost any other wine. It's picked by hand, classically matured in a stainless steel tank and ready to be enjoyed. Aromas of yellow fruits (pears) with juicy oranges and a little apple form the base on the palate. Bell-clear, robust acidity and a subtle spiciness balance well. This tremendously drinkable wine will be fun for the next three years.
An all-rounder at the table that matches well with fried chicken and snacks, or mushrooms and pasta.
