This juicy white wine cuvée hails from the village of "Tieschen" in the Styrian volcanic region, aptly named "Der Gollenz," the winery's flagship showcasing the essence of the region's soil and grape varieties.

Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc, each matured separately in large and small wooden barrels before harmoniously coming together, this wine epitomizes balance and flavour. Its creamy texture is smooth and seductive, unveiling notes of ripe yellow pears, hints of orange zest, pineapple, and a touch of lemongrass, all complemented by gentle acidity.
