A fine Minervois wine from the Languedoc. A cuvee of mainly Syrah, it can easily hold its own against many other expensive Côtes du Rhone wines but at a fraction of the price. With this current vintage, the winery continues to make a wine that attracts astonished delight at the price.

Very dark and dense in the glass, the wine exudes the typical aromas of Syrah. Red berries, fleshy, hints of black olives and lots of garrique flavours, delicately smoky and mineral.

Fresh on the palate, but very taut and powerful. Tight tannins, very fine acid, red berries, mineral notes and very complex. Long finish with red berries in the aftertaste. A truly great wine that won us over immediately. A wine that can give you an idea of the level of the top wines from the Languedoc.
