Description

Languedoc, particularly the Minervois, offers surprising depth and quality. This wine, primarily composed of Syrah, competes easily with many high-priced Côtes du Rhone wines but at a fraction of the cost.

Dark and dense in the glass, it exudes classic Syrah aromas—meaty notes, hints of black olives, and abundant garrigue flavours, delicately smoky and mineral.

On the palate, it is fresh yet taut and powerful, with firm tannins and a very fine acid structure. Red berries and mineral notes add to its complexity. The wine finishes long, with lingering red berry fruit in the aftertaste. This is a truly impressive wine of great calibre that captivated us from the first sip. It's a wine you can enjoy with confidence, showcasing the high level of top wines from the Languedoc.
