A wine for special moments that can hide in the cellar for decades, only to be rediscovered with great pleasure.

The wine is very dark in the glass and begins with dark and roasted aromas on the nose. There are also spices, pepper and a hint of herbs with a little vanilla. It's very exciting, but that's what you would expect from a wine like this.

Powerful and intense on the palate, but not overwhelming like other overly charged wines from the region. It's accompanied by dark aromas, some olives, herbs and an acidity that is present but not in the foreground.

A bottle that needs a little more time to fully develop. If it's drunk now, decant with a lot of air and enjoy.
