Blank Canvas Winery

At Blank Canvas, a Master of Science meets a Master of Wine, and the power couple Matt and Sophie Thomson are the high-flyers of the New Zealand wine scene. Between them, they have overseen over 50 vintages in both hemispheres and the number is growing every year. Since 2013, they have been producing sustainable single vineyard wines from three different regions of New Zealand - Marlborough, Hawke's Bay and Central Otago under their Blank Canvas brand.
