12/12 Pastis de Saint-Tropez combines tradition and modernity. Typical aromas of star anise, liquorice, fennel, thyme, rosemary and candied fruit create the authentic pastis taste that brings a holiday feeling home. On the palate, the range of flavours is complemented by fresh figs, orange blossoms and sweet almonds, all sourced from the surrounding region and macerated into the spirit. This traditional aniseed spirit is made in the oldest active distillery in Marseille, run by the Cristal Limiñana family.

Enjoy this full-bodied pastis in the classic way with cold water and ice cubes (ratio of approx. five parts cold water to one part pastis). This leads to the typical discolouration. A dash of mint syrup makes an incredibly refreshing twist!

Our tip: Either put the pastis in the glass first, then the ice cubes and then fill up with water, or pour ice-cold water over the pastis and leave the ice cubes in the water carafe/water glass. If you pour the pastis directly onto the ice cubes, it can develop a slightly bitter taste.
