Sourced from the vineyards around Lake Garda, this blend features Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah, and Carménère. The grapes spend exactly 11 minutes on the skins—hence the name—before maturing in stainless steel tanks. The result? A beautifully light, salmon-pink rosé.

With 6g of residual sugar and a gentle acidity, this wine is effortlessly enjoyable. Bursting with intense aromas of ripe strawberries, delicate roses, and violets, it also carries a subtle spiciness that lingers into a long, harmonious finish.
