Loacker Schwarhof Winery Chardonnay Ateyon IGT Weinberg Dolomites 2020 Organic, 0,75 L

The name Ateyon was created for this super high-quality Chardonnay. You might not expect these grapes to thrive in the mountainous South Tyrol, but it gets really warm here in summer, making the grapes very ripe. The cool nights, on the other hand, ensure lively acidity and great balance. Matured in barriques, the wine is a bit plump and has a clear vanilla note. In addition, we find exotic fruits, orange zest, citrus and a very nice creaminess, all balanced by the fresh acidity.

A wine to bite into, with lots of style and character. A great accompaniment to food, and a real highlight drunk on its own from a large burgundy glass.
